Using the same cryopreserved CBMCs as seed cells, inoculate at an initial density of 5 × 10^7 cells, and separately employ Competitor Product 1, Competitor Product 2, and the 3.0 High-Efficiency Version of HiXpan. Registered trademark Three serum-free NK cell culture kits were used to perform continuous expansion, with the 2 L culture medium being completely consumed over a total cultivation period of 16 days.
Perform cell counts every 2–3 days and assess cell purity on days 7, 10, and 16.
On day 16, harvest the expanded cells and assess their cytotoxic activity.
