Social insurance (the “five insurances and one fund”): includes old-age insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance, maternity insurance, and the housing provident fund, providing basic coverage for retirement, healthcare, unemployment, and other essential needs.
Paid leave:
Statutory holidays (such as the Spring Festival and National Day, totaling 11 days).
Annual leave (5–15 days after one year of service).
Special leave: maternity leave (minimum 98 days), paternity leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, and others.
Wage-related allowances: such as high-temperature subsidies (RMB 300 per month for outdoor work) and night-shift allowances, among others.
