Dendritic cells (DCs) derive their name from the dendritic processes on their surface, which facilitate antigen capture and intercellular communication with other immune cells. As the most potent professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs), dendritic cells efficiently engulf, process, and present antigens. However, DCs are relatively rare in peripheral blood, accounting for only about 1% of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.

  • Dendritic cells (DCs) derive their name from the dendritic processes on their surface, which facilitate antigen capture and intercellular communication with other immune cells. As the most potent professional antigen-presenting cells (APCs), dendritic cells efficiently engulf, process, and present antigens. However, DCs are relatively rare in peripheral blood, accounting for only about 1% of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.

    Data Presentation for the DC Induction Differentiation Kit

    1. Induce using this scheme Immature dendritic cells Flow cytometry results showed that, after 6 days of induction, approximately over 90% of the final cells were immature dendritic cells.

     

    2. Induce using this scheme Mature dendritic cells Flow cytometry results showed that after 4 days of induction, more than 90% of the final cells were mature dendritic cells.

     

    3. Induce using this scheme Mature dendritic cells Flow cytometry results showed that after 7 days of induction, the final cell population contained over 90% mature dendritic cells.
