On January 17, 2025, the 2025 Heyou Annual Gala, themed “Reflecting on the Past, Ushering in a New Beginning,” was held as scheduled.

Annual Meeting Performance
The annual highlight of the year-end gala is here! Once again, the self-written and self-performed cultural and entertainment acts by our colleagues have stolen the spotlight.
The Operations Department delivered an irresistibly adorable “Four Little Swans” dance; though the costumes and props were a bit ill-fitting, this very imperfection only made the four endearingly clumsy swans’ performance all the more natural and authentic. The Marketing Department wowed the entire audience with a free-spirited runway show and medley of songs, truly stealing the spotlight. The Clinical Department’s skit, “You’ve Got It, So Do I,” featured three overly affected office ladies colliding with three authentically spirited girls in traditional ethnic style, sparking a series of hilariously absurd comparisons—and creating a magical chemistry in the process. Meanwhile, the Technical Department completely broke from their usual serious and meticulous image with a breathtaking dragon-dancing finale. Dragon dancing is a quintessential element of Chinese traditional culture, imbued with profound ceremonial significance and brimming with heartfelt blessings: may every team member enjoy good fortune and auspiciousness in the Year of the Snake, with blessings that last forever!
Between performances, several rounds of interactive games and prize draws were held. With a wide array of exciting prizes, every participant went home with a gift—truly a thoughtful gesture from Hycells to all the little friends!
“Summing Up the Past, Ushering in a New Beginning” is not only the theme of this annual conference—it is also the shared aspiration and guiding principle for every member of Hycells. Let us carry forward the gains and lessons of the past, approach our journey with unwavering passion and courage, and together set out to conquer new horizons!

Compliance‑driven traceability establishes a clear “identity” for the product, but the real test lies in safety. While a multi‑donor pooling strategy ensures batch‑to‑batch consistency, it also inevitably elevates the risk of pathogen introduction. In the face of these associated risks and challenges, Heyousheng has never compromised on its manufacturing standards—relying on more precise design to deliver on its promise of enhanced safety.
This article will examine how He Yousheng proactively integrates the quality management system into the hospital setting, translating compliance requirements into concrete, actionable practices starting at the sample collection stage, thereby establishing a trust‑based chain that can withstand audit scrutiny.
In selecting hPL raw materials, Heyousheng consistently upholds the principle that “safety is determined at the source.” The samples used in production are rigorously collected in accordance with applicable standards and undergo stringent donor screening, effectively mitigating the risk of disease transmission at the very outset. Moreover, from informed consent forms and ethical approvals to clinical‑grade collection under the GCP framework, Heyousheng has established a fully traceable documentation chain, ensuring that every sample is accounted for and verifiable. In contrast to the industry’s longstanding reliance on the conventional model of using expired blood supplies from blood banks, this approach represents a structural, generational upgrade.
