Position 1: Sales Engineer

Based in Shanghai/Beijing, the salary range is 8–10K plus commission and an annual bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing industrial clients in Shanghai, Beijing, and other regions, primarily serving customers in cell therapy, innovative pharmaceuticals, CROs, and the broader health sector.

2. Develop and maintain customer relationships in accordance with the company’s marketing strategy and regional product‑promotion plan; be responsible for selling both the company’s proprietary products and services and its agency‑distributed offerings; expand product sales within your assigned territory; actively achieve sales targets; increase the company’s market share; and strengthen the company’s brand image.

3. Independently prepare external quotations based on the company’s products, pricing, and market strategies; negotiate contract terms and oversee contract execution; and coordinate and monitor the operations of all relevant functional departments throughout the contract implementation process.

4. Collect and organize industrial customer information within the region, and establish a regional customer service database.

5. Responsible for communicating with customers, facilitating the generation of product sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

6. Actively monitor market trends, regularly compile and summarize industrial customer data and project progress within the assigned region, and provide timely feedback on market insights.

7. Maintain and develop new sales channels and new customers.

8. Responsible for collecting sales payments within the assigned territory.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates with a background in immunology, biology, basic medicine, or related fields will be given priority.

3. Able to analyze and resolve product- and market-related issues within the assigned territory;

Position 2: Senior Research Scientist, In Vitro Pharmacological Evaluation

Based in Shanghai, salary range: 16–20K

Job Responsibilities:

1. Medication In vitro pharmacodynamics Establishment and optimization of safety assessment methodologies: In disease areas such as oncology, hematology, and metabolic disorders, proficiency in assays for drug activity, cell proliferation/apoptosis experiments, and signaling pathway validation is required.

2. Primarily responsible for Immuno-oncology Proficient in relevant experimental techniques, including ELISA, flow cytometry, and cell sorting; capable of independently performing data organization, analysis, and reporting, as well as efficiently resolving unexpected issues that arise during experiments.

3. Write experiment-related content SOP and the test result report;

4. Collaborate to fulfill online and offline customer technical consultation and service requests.

5. Based on a deep understanding of the target’s biological mechanisms, design and conduct in vitro experiments to investigate disease and drug mechanisms of action, and analyze the resulting data to inform project decision-making.

6. Coordinate with other departments within the company, manage project milestones, track project progress, and resolve key technical issues during the development process.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher in cell biology, oncology, immunology, or a related field;

2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in biofunctional assays for antibody therapeutics are preferred.

3. Possesses a solid understanding of tumor cells, primary cells, and immunology-related concepts.

4. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office, as well as biological research software like GraphPad and FlowJo.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, adept at independent thinking and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit;

Position 3: Equipment Maintenance & EHS Engineer  

Based in Wuxi, salary range: 6–8K.

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of production equipment, utility systems, wastewater treatment facilities, and medical and hazardous waste management systems; maintain operation and maintenance records to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment.

2. Promptly address equipment malfunctions, implement safety measures for hazardous operations, handle unexpected equipment incidents, and carry out preventive corrective actions.

3. Coordinate with medical and hazardous waste disposal providers, oversee waste sorting, transportation, and record-keeping, and ensure full‑process compliance and traceability.

4. Responsible for EHS management, maintaining safety and environmental protection facilities, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring that wastewater is treated to meet regulatory standards and discharged in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Develop preventive maintenance plans, participate in equipment upgrades and optimization, maintain and refine operations and maintenance as well as EHS documentation, and support training and regulatory inspections.

 

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as mechatronics, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, etc.; candidates with a background in biopharmaceuticals are preferred.

2. At least 2 years of equipment operations and maintenance experience; prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred, and candidates holding electrician or welder certifications will be given priority.

3. Familiar with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and proficient in wastewater, medical waste, and hazardous waste management regulations as well as EHS requirements.

4. Strong sense of responsibility, with capabilities in emergency response and effective communication; able to adapt to on-site operations and emergency repairs.

Position 4: Production Technician

Based in Wuxi, salary range: 8–10K.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall planning, schedule development, resource allocation, and system establishment of GMP‑grade media production;

2. Responsible for process optimization and performance testing of GMP‑grade media production, ensuring that the product complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

3. Prepare and update relevant technical documents, such as SOPs, experimental records, process specifications, and batch production records, to ensure that all operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

4. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Production, Quality, and Marketing departments to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of production and related tasks. 
 

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, cell biology, molecular biology, or a related field;

2. Possesses practical experience in media formulation, development, or optimization, with experience cultivating NK cells, γδ T cells, MSCs, and other cell types, and a solid understanding of their growth characteristics and metabolic requirements.

3. Candidates should have 1–2+ years of experience in cell therapy, biopharmaceuticals, or a related industry; prior experience in GMP‑compliant laboratory operations is preferred.

4. Possess at least 3 years of experience in project management or laboratory management, with the ability to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor project progress.

5. Possesses a clear understanding of GMP-related laws and regulations and is familiar with the management requirements and documentation system under GMP conditions (e.g., SOPs, batch records, deviation reports).

Position 5: Clinical Research Associate (CTA)

Based in Shanghai, salary range: 5,000–8,000 RMB.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the department/project leader in collecting, scanning, photocopying, filing, and maintaining clinical trial study documentation;

2. Coordination and scheduling of departmental meetings and clinical trial-related meetings, among other tasks;

3. Contract management within the department, procurement of clinical trial insurance, and management of out-of-contract expenses for study participants;

4. Maintenance and management of the department’s training system and clinical trial document management system;

5. Procurement and management of clinical trial-related consumables and office supplies within the department;

Based in Shanghai, salary range: 15–20K.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal and external resources, foster efficient cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure seamless integration across all project phases.

2. Responsible for managing and empowering the project team, setting clear objectives, and driving efficient execution.

3. Proactively identify potential risks in the project, develop and implement contingency plans, and ensure that clinical trials progress according to schedule.
