On April 23, 2024, a delegation of leaders headed by Duan Xiaoyan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Xingfeng Subdistrict Office of Beijing Municipality, paid a visit to Hycells for inspection and guidance. Accompanying the delegation were Cao Danhua, Head of the Comprehensive Division of the Research Office of the District Party Committee; Shi Qian, Head of the Document Management Division of the District Government Office; Liu Yongxin, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Emerging Industries Promotion Service Center; and Sun Jingliang, Deputy Director of the Investment Promotion Department of the Daxing District Investment Promotion Center. Zhou Bin, General Manager of Hycells, and Yu Maoqian, Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to Director Duan and her delegation.

The leadership delegation heard a briefing and summary report from Zhou Bin, General Manager of Hycells, on the company’s development and innovation initiatives since its establishment. Since its inception, Hycells has faced the challenges posed by the pandemic; despite these adverse conditions, the company has persevered and grown, establishing its own technology service platform and related product lines—achievements that would not have been possible without the government’s support and favorable policies for enterprises.
Subsequently, Director Duan and the accompanying delegation of leaders visited Hycells’s R&D laboratory, expressing keen interest in the company’s strategic positioning and fully endorsing Hycells’s original mission: leveraging its established, cutting-edge technology service platform to continuously innovate and deliver solutions that effectively address the pain points and challenges faced by clients in their R&D processes.
