Administrative Measures for Researcher-Initiated Clinical Research Conducted by Medical and Health Institutions (Trial)

Recently, the National Health Commission convened a kickoff meeting in Beijing for the pilot program on standardized management of clinical research in medical and health institutions, at which it officially released the Measures for the Administration of Investigator-Initiated Clinical Research Conducted by Medical and Health Institutions (Trial) and announced that the measures would be implemented on a pilot basis starting October 1, 2021, in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong Province, and Hainan Province.

Genetic Office Announces Dates for Approval Meetings in the Second Half of 2021

To further enhance the quality of administrative approval services for human genetic resources and to enable applicants to better track the progress of their applications, the scheduled dates for the Administrative Licensing Review Meetings of the China Office for the Administration of Human Genetic Resources in the second half of 2021 are hereby announced. Should special circumstances necessitate adjustments to the meeting schedule, advance notice will be provided.

The Regulations came into effect on July 1, 2019.
